An unmanned Russian Soyuz-U rocket successfully launched this evening, July 23rd 2014 at 21:44 UTC, from Baikonur in Kazakhstan carrying the Progress M-24M resupply spacecraft. The spacecraft is carrying nearly three tonns of supplies for the 6 crew members of Expedition 40 currently onboard the International Space Station.
